PGA Junior Golf League
Fox Den is excited to host a PGA Junior Golf League team!
The PGA Junior Golf League is designed to bring a “Little League” atmosphere to the game of golf. With teams of boys and girls, ages 13 and under, PGA Junior League provides a structured league environment for young golfers to compete and have fun!
P-local leagues consisting of 4-7 teams, Fox Den will compete against other local courses
– Team vs Team competitions consist of 4 separate 9 hole matches
-The format is 2 person teams, match play scramble. The matches are broken into 3 hole segments, allowing for substitution so that each individual gets to play
-4 to 6 week regular season, with 2 to 3 home matches and 2 to 3 away matches against the other PGA JLG teams in the league
Benefits for the Players
– Team jerseys, golf balls, bag tags and flag stickers to decorate golf bags
–4 to 6 weeks of competition plus coaching/ weekly practices with PGA Professionals Joe Vojtko and John Byerly.
-becoming part of a team that build friendships
-potential to make all star team and compete nationally for the Junior League Championship
